As Vice President of McGuire’s San Francisco-Downtown office, Aldo Congi is an invaluable resource to the Development Sales team, providing them with over 27 years of San Francisco real estate knowledge and expertise. His forte is broad market knowledge, and he is considered the foremost property expert in the San Francisco brokerage community. Mr. Congi personally reviews property throughout San Francisco every week and analyzes sales in order to constantly judge and evaluate San Francisco’s ever dynamic market while providing insight to McGuire’s sales teams. Aldo began his real estate career in 1979 and joined San Francisco’s Ray Brown Company in 1983. (McGuire Real Estate acquired the Ray Brown Company in 1986). Aldo has been a vital part of the management team ever since.

Kip Oxman has been Senior Vice President, General Manager, and General Counsel for McGuire Real Estate since 1985. Agents and Broker Managers at McGuire rely on Kip for his 25+ years of experience practicing real estate law. He has advised on thousands of transactions over the years and has shepherded McGuire’s growth into a $1.3 billion dollar firm. Kip holds B.A. and J.D. degrees from Stanford University.

McGuire Marketing provides in-house design and ad coordination services for McGuire Real Estate’s development clientele. Leveraging over a decade of marketing experience, Alex leads a team of graphic designers, advertising coordinators and a complex web of outside marketing vendors who service McGuire’s $1.3 billion in sales each year. Ms. McJunkin’s internal team alone has nearly 50 years of experience in print advertising, marketing collateral, and web design, along with a specialization in the marketing of residential real estate.
Arturo Laines

Arturo Laines is the chief technology officer for McGuire Real Estate where he is respondisible to integrate the latest technology and innovations into the company. Art started his working career in the quality assurance field with automotive, aerospace and medical device R&D industries. After numerous computer system integration projects with these industries, he started working with a computer system support company 1992. The scope of his support projects ranged from title, mortgage, real estate and investment organizations to plumbing, auto sales and funeral homes companies. As an automotive and motorcycle enthusiast, Art enjoys taking rides on his motorcycles as well as working on car and motorcycle restorations.
